The major highlight of this establishment is actually the staff which were all very friendly, respectful and helpful. Overall it is a good hotel located in Fatih/Aksaray which is a very crowded popular area in Istanbul (not at all a touristic or quiet area). The hotel is situated in a bystreet within several several curtain and toggery massive sale stores, so busy and noisy during the day, but very quiet during the night. The hotel was very clean and we had no issue in this sense.

The location was very convenient, the lobby is very spacious with lots of seating areas to relax in. The restaurant on the roof terrace had lovely decor and views

Staff really friendly! It has an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The SPA and Turkish bath is quite good as well, me and my boyfriend really liked it, though it was a bit expensive. BTW really liked the fragrance they use in the lobby

Hotel was very cozy and excellent staff especially Onur and Murtaz. They both were super helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good variety and freshly prepared. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi connection. we will definitely recommend the property for families. the tours were also easily arranged by the staff as well the transfers on our request.

The rooms were clean and the hotel staff very friendly. The hotel is somewhat close to public transportation and at the same time it's hidden away from the busy main street so you have a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
